Pickup

Pickup is available whether you pay by card or cash.

After placing your order, our team will contact you by call or message to confirm and share pickup instructions.

Warranty

We test each laptop thoroughly before listing and again before delivery or pickup.

  • 1-month warranty on internal hardware (motherboard, ports, battery, etc.)

  • Warranty starts from the date of delivery or pickup

Please Note:

Customers are required to inspect the device upon receiving it:

  • Screen (no cracks or heavy scratches)

  • Keyboard & touchpad

  • Outer body

Cosmetic damage reported after handoff is not covered.

Exchange & Return Policy

We accept returns or exchanges only if the laptop has a technical issue covered under warranty.

  • Warranty covers hardware issues (battery, motherboard, ports) within 1 month from delivery or pickup.

  • Cosmetic damage (e.g., cracked screen or casing) is not covered after the device is received.

  • We kindly ask you to inspect the device during pickup or delivery — especially the screen, keyboard, and outer body — to make sure you’re happy before completing the purchase.

FAQs

My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?

Once your order is confirmed, we’ll share estimated delivery time via WhatsApp or phone. Delivery in Cairo and Alexandria usually takes 1–2 working days. If it’s taking longer, feel free to contact us and we’ll check the status right away.

Do you deliver on public holidays?

Delivery on public holidays depends on courier availability and your location. While we usually don’t operate on official holidays, if a courier is available and nearby, we’ll do our best to arrange delivery. Feel free to contact us to check for exceptions.

Do you deliver to my area?

We currently deliver to Cairo and Alexandria. If you’re nearby or outside the city, reach out and we’ll confirm whether delivery is possible.

Is next-day delivery available on all orders?

For most orders in Cairo and Alexandria, next-day delivery is available — depending on when you place the order and product availability. We’ll always confirm the exact timing with you after your order.

Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

Yes. For verification and inspection, the customer (or someone on their behalf) should be present to receive and inspect the product upon delivery.
